You don't have to do any heavy lifting. My team and I and our third-party service partners and vendors are here to help. We conduct all of that facilitation and coordination for you. Where we start in the process first is with a candid discussion. This can occur over the phone or in person, whatever you prefer. If you are not local, the phone works perfectly. Nothing says you have to ever step foot in the Dallas Fort Worth area if you don't need to.  It's really about getting to an understanding of what's going on with a particular situation, what's going on with the property, what your needs are, and what you're trying to achieve because we're here to help you meet your goals. We want to really maximize the outcome of the sale - that is selling the property for the most amount of money in the least amount of time.

Secondly, I need to visit the home. This will allow me to make the most accurate prediction for an excellent selling range, a view of value from the buyer's lens and perspective. I can also determine what needs to be done with the property to get it into the best-selling condition and then I will work with you to partner to determine what the house needs and what it's going to take to take it from "for sale" to "sold." And we will do that in partnership. I'll never be pushy.  Ultimately whatever makes you the most comfortable makes me the most comfortable.  That's how I work - is to serve your best interests throughout the process.

And then lastly, my team and I do the heavy lifting for you. If you don't want to step foot in Dallas you don't have to even all the way through closing. We can send a mobile notary through the title company to you so that you can sign the closing documents. It's that easy. It doesn't require any extra travel. In terms of coordination of removing personal belongings, any sort of maid services or cleanings, any sort of yard clean up, any sort of landscaping, any other repairs or improvements that we decide need to occur, my team and I handle that coordination and facilitation for you.

Now the great thing and this is where I consider my team and I to go above and beyond particularly as it pertains into the service offering is that the cost of all of this coordination and facilitation is included in my commission rate. So, you typically won't pay any more commission to me than you would any other agent in the space. I just like to say that my team and I like to add this additional value because we care.
