A Tale of Today's Market

I hope you are well! We are in the thick of the Spring selling season. It's fun times, the best of times, and the worst of times simultaneously. It's one big mixed bag out here in the market. Mixed because if you need to make a move in this market (or are a homeowner), you may be feeling the pinch of higher interest rates and costs (property taxes and homeowner's insurance) overall, but as a result of sellers coming back into the market, there are still some good opportunities to find your next dream home.

In today's market, demand is stable, and prices overall are variable depending on your neighborhood; many are up, and some are down. Welcome to another year in another dynamic market. The real estate market has harkened to A Tale of Two Cities (or two perspectives for any buyer or seller) in any year of the last several for sure. We're happy to be on this roller coaster ride for your life's real estate moments.
